This is the Privacy statement of the Verwelius organisation («Verwelius»). In this statement, we explain how we manage the personal data we obtain from you.
Verwelius ensures that your personal data is handled confidentially. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
2. Purposes of data processing
Verwelius processes your personal data:
- to enable us to sign an agreement (employment, rental or sales), or
- because this is required by law, or
- because you have given permission, or
- because there is a legitimate interest (for example, your safety and ours).
3. Third parties
Verwelius only shares your personal information with third parties if this is necessary:
- to execute our agreement with you, or
- to fulfil a legal obligation, or
- to be able to implement your maintenance request.
Verwelius chooses partners who can offer a satisfactory level of personal data protection. We sign a processing agreement with these parties if necessary. Such an agreement must safeguard your right to privacy.
No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Union.
4. IP address
During your visit to one of our websites, the IP address of the computer used may be registered. Based on the IP address, the user of the website can be identified. However, Verwelius does not register the IP addresses for this purpose, only for statistical analysis (see Google Analytics).

6. Statistical analysis by Google Analytics
Our websites use Google Analytics, a service offered by Google. Google processes your IP address and data about how you use this website. Google uses this information to offer Verwelius services related to website activity and Internet use. Google may share this information with third parties if Google is legally required to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google.

Verwelius will not retain the personal data collected for any longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the information was collected or than is strictly necessary or legally required.
9. Privacy rights
Under certain conditions, you are entitled to access or rectify your personal information or have it erased. You are also entitled to request that your personal information is (temporarily) not processed, transferred or subjected to automated individual decision making. It is important that you can identify yourself and prove that the data you wish to check and/or influence is really yours.

Verwelius reserves the right to update this Privacy statement. We will publish any updates on the website www.verwelius.nl.
